About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Khouris Plumbing Group website or engage us to carry out plumbing work. By using the site or asking us to quote or attend to a job, you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
Any figure given over the phone, by message or through the quote form is an estimate based on what you have described. We confirm the price with you before starting work. If we find a different problem once on site, we will explain it and agree the cost with you before going ahead.
Bookings and access
Please make sure safe access to the area needing work is available at the agreed time. If we cannot attend or the job needs to be rescheduled, we will let you know as soon as we can.
Our work
We aim to carry out all work with reasonable care and skill to the standard expected of a licensed plumbing contractor. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
