Who we are
Khouris Plumbing Group provides plumbing services to homes, rental properties and small businesses in Merrylands, Granville, Greystanes, Wentworthville and surrounding suburbs. This policy explains how we handle the information you give us when you use this website.
What we collect
When you submit the free quote form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, suburb, the type of plumbing job and any description you provide. If you call us, we may keep a record of the details needed to arrange and carry out the work. We do not ask for payment card details or any sensitive information through this website.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, arrange a visit and carry out and follow up on the work. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Your details may be handled by the service providers that run this website and its contact form, and by anyone we need to involve to complete your job (for example, a supplier arranging a part). We only share what is needed for those purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job records only for as long as we need them for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on 0466 884 151 to make a request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
